A customer had a problem with bats roosting in the roof space of their premises, entering and leaving from its exterior apex.
This was a sensitive and problematic issue to solve humanely considering bats are protected and we wholeheartedly abide by this law and their welfare.
A one way valve was installed, allowing bats out but not back in. All work carried out by Neil’s Bird and Pest Control was approved by Natural England and the Bat Trust.
Our customer purchased the licence for this work to be carried out which was a total success. Note the entrance to the hole, several months between valve fitted and total exclusion.
